Our bracelets are custom-made to your specifications and are proudly handmade in the USA.

Shipping and Delivery

We use the US postal service, and offer free shipping to any deliverable address worldwide. Domestic shipments should be received within two weeks. International shipments should be received within three weeks.

Payment and Security

We are committed to your security. All credit card transactions are processed through Bank of America using 1024-bit SSL digital ID encryption technology, and your credit card information and personal information will not be stored after completing your purchase. All orders are billed in US dollars. International customers should be aware that most credit card issuers will charge a nominal fee for international currency exchange.

We respect your privacy and we hate spam. In processing your order, we must ask for your shipping/billing address, as well as your email address. We will not retain this information after shipping your order. We will not share this information with anyone, ever, for any reason. And we will never send you any unsolicited mail or email.

Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery - we will make it right. We would prefer to send you another bracelet if that would solve the problem, but will offer a full refund if necessary. Customers will be responsible for return postage and must provide a copy of the receipt.
